The replacement went great and over the course of two days we had two Trane XV20i heat pump units installed to replace the old leaking and less efficient equipment. We decided to go with the most efficient equipment available to heat same money long term and to also lower our overall environmental impact. Also as part of the replacement they added an additional return and a pull down stair to access the units in the attic. They did a terrific job, were very puntual and most responsive to any and all of my questions or concerns. New systems are working quite nicely and we are looking forward to lots of energy savings.

Doing business with Pleasant Air Conditioning Services, Inc was like doing business in a bygone era, when people provided quality service at a fare price. I'm so sick of sales people spouting corporate jargon...saying disingenuous things they were told to say, when you know their focus is on the profit margin. The guys at Pleasant Air are down-to-earth, including the company's president, Jeremy, who is actually available 24/7. I found that out when I emailed him and he called me 2 minutes later. It was 10:30 at night. I didn't expect that kind of service! Before contacting Pleasant AC, I called, probably the most well known plumbing/cooling/heating/drain cleaning company in the area. The unit they recommended for me, had a price tag 2 and 1/2 times more expensive than the Fedders unit I eventually purchased at Pleasant Air. That company even arranged financing 'to help me out' at 35% interest, with payments spread out over 5 yrs. They obviously just wanted to make a sale and didn't care how this arrangement would effect me in the long run, but sadly that's what I'm used to. I'm so glad that I contacted Pleasant Air Conditioning Services, Inc. before I signed on the dotted line with that well known company, who shall remain nameless. Pleasant Air found a unit that I could afford, and installed it the same day. I'm not kidding. I've learned through yrs. of experience not to trust just about anyone who is trying to sell me anything. Their focus always seems to be on the profit margin, not what is right for me. Based on my experience, you can trust these guys! No fuss. No muss. No contracts with fine print. No phony guarantees. Just quality units, professionally installed, at a price you can be comfortable with. If something did go wrong with my unit, I believe based on what I've seen thus far, that the guys from Pleasant AC would respond promptly to fix the problem without checking the install date and then telling me, I'm out-of-luck since their responsibility to fix the unit ended 2 days ago. I wish more companies could rewind the clock and remember a time when people were treated fairly. I think you'll find that experience at Pleasant Air.

Great experience! My home is in Rivertowne in Mount Pleasant and the team at Pleasant Air Conditioning did a great job. I left a voicemail at 8am on a Sunday and they called me back in five minutes. Put both my wife and I at ease about the entire process. I had three other contractors bid on the job and Pleasant AC beat them all by about 25%. The installers were great to work with and made sure everything was good to go. Would recommend them 100%

Jeremy's price was the lowest among three bidders and included an A/C unit with a higher SEER rating (15) than the others offered (14) which made me eligible for a rebate from SCE&G (of which I was unaware until informed by Jeremy). He's relatively new to the area so he understood my concerns and patiently endured several phone calls inquiring about his credentials, background and future plans for his business. I contacted his partner in Florida and four references before the job and all gave very positive reviews. His two-man work crew was polite, quiet and tidy and finished the job on time. The furnace has worked great since installed and he plans to return in the spring to make sure the A/C unit is ready. I would recommend him to friends and will contact him first if and when I need to service or replace the other system in my home.
